The Forbidden Terror on Station Z (Zorsis) is the new zombie demo game developed by Emergent, Scaleform, and Audiokinetic. Unveiled at GDC 2008 and available for download with Wwise 2008.2 and later versions, Zorsis is a game you can play and simultaneously modify the audio content and parameters. While playing the game using a controller on your PC, you can connect Wwise to the game to profile and mix audio elements in real time. The demo highlights the functionalities available in Wwise and Wwise Motion and lets you customize the project as you go.
Audiokinetic used Wwise to create all audio aspects of the game and worked with Michael McCann on music and Soundelux Design Music Group on SFX, ambiance, and voices. For the demo, Audiokinetic also managed the game integration into Gamebryo and used Wwise Motion to generate the motion effects.
Please note that, while you will be able to modify the Zorsis demo using Wwise, you will not be able to use the audio files in your own projects.
