Audiokinetic Support

At Audiokinetic, our primary goal is supporting sound designers and audio programmers in their creation of truly immersive interactive media experiences. In addition to our integrated middleware solution, Wwise, we offer a variety of support and services programs. Tailored as the perfect complement to Wwise, these programs will help you to improve both efficiency and productivity.

Support Center

Our online Support Center is a great way for maintenance customers to stay current on product development, report problems and submit requests through the feedback form.

Support is available during regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST). Audiokinetic guarantees a 24 business hour response time on any requests that are submitted.

Supported customers and customers evaluating Wwise: if you have any problems or need to contact us, please use the Feedback Form (you must be logged-in to access it).
