As the arpeggio comes in and out, the transition feels a bit abrupt. You can resolve this by using fades.
In addition to the clip handles, there are also clip fade-in and fade-out handles in the upper corner of each clip. You can use these to apply a volume fade to the beginning and end of each of the clips so that the arpeggio part gradually comes in and out.
-
On the first clip in the Arpeggio 2 Music Track, drag the fade-in handle to the right and the fade-out handle to the left.

-
Adjust your fade-in and fade-out on the first clip to your liking and then apply the same fades to the remaining clips on the Music Track.

You can drag clips left or right to where they will overlap another clip, automatically creating a crossfade. You can then right-click the fade curve and you can choose from various curve types to suit the transition.
