Adding Sound

While the first step to designing a great soundscape in a game is to achieve a collection of well-produced sounds, the second and just as important step, is a thorough and solid implementation. Generally, that role has been assigned to someone other than the Sound Designer, but with packages like the Wwise Unity Integration, you can implement most of the sounds yourself, without the assistance of anyone else.

[Note]

Before engaging the lessons, make sure you have Wwise, Visual Studio or MonoDevelop, and Unity installed, along with the course material, namely the Wwise_301 Wwise Project and the WwiseAdventureGameSource Unity Project. If any of these are not installed, please refer to Lesson 0.
