RMS value of each channel in this frame. Vector of linear rms levels, corresponding to each channel. NULL if AK_EnableBusMeter_RMS is not set (see IAkMixerPluginContext::SetMeteringFlags() or AK::SoundEngine::RegisterBusMeteringCallback()).
