Tencent Cloud and Audiokinetic Announce the Beginning of a Partnership Bringing GME to Wwise

Tencent Cloud’s Game Multimedia Engine (GME) will be joining the Audiokinetic Certified Partner Program, making their cross-platform voice solution easily available to game developers using Wwise.

The companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), and expect to finalize the agreement soon.

Simon Ashby, Head of Product at Audiokinetic, and Jack Da, VP of Tencent Cloud, will be announcing this strategic partnership at the Tencent Global Digit Summit taking place on Wednesday May 22, 2019, in Kunming, China. Ashby will also be presenting a keynote speech where he will be talking about the future of interactive audio and the development of immersive experiences.
