Set the Environmental ratios to be used for the specified game object.
The array size cannot exceed AK_MAX_AUX_PER_OBJ.
To clear the game object's environments, in_uNumSendValues must be set to 0.

This function is thread-safe.

True if the operation was successful, False otherwise
