This function is called by Wwise to determine if the plug-in is in a playable state.

Warning
This function is guaranteed to be called by a single thread at a time.
Returns
True if the plug-in is in a playable state, False otherwise

Implemented in AK.Wwise::DefaultAudioPluginImplementation.
