Compare two NULL-terminated AkOSChar strings up to the specified count of characters.

Returns

< 0 if in_pszString1 < in_pszString2
0 if the two strings are identical
> 0 if in_pszString1 > in_pszString2

Remarks: The comparison is case-sensitive
