What's the difference between the "Voice RTPCs" and the "Output Bus RTPCs?"

I've noticed the Voice LPF/HPF/VOL is available on just about every object and the Output Bus LPF/HPF/VOL is available on everything BUT the Output Bus...

Do the Output Bus RTPCs have anything to do with the stage at which the effects are applied, i.e., applying an RTPC effect to a specific object, yet have the effect take place at the Output Bus, rather than the RTPC affected object or anywhere in between?

Output bus applies to a bus (ie Master Output, or any buses you created under that). This means it would also affect other sounds sharing that bus. Voice applies only to the sound object on that particular game object.
