How can I get the volume in a shipping Unreal build?

I am using a Meter Effect to measure volume and apply it to a RTPC. However I need to get the value of this RTPC in a shipping build of the Unreal Engine.

AK::SoundEngine::Query::GetRTPCValue is only available in editor builds of Unreal.

How can I do this in a shipping build?
