AKRESULT __cdecl AK::SoundEngine::SetListenerScalingFactor ( AkUInt32  in_uListenerIndex,
AkReal32  in_fListenerScalingFactor  
)

Set the scaling factor for a listener. A larger factor means that the listener will hear sounds with less attenuation based on distance.

Returns:
  • AK_Success when successful
  • AK_InvalidParameter if the scaling factor specified was 0 or negative.
Parameters:
in_uListenerIndex  ListenerIndex
in_fListenerScalingFactor  Scaling Factor, 1 means 100%, 0.5 means 50%, 2 means 200%, and so on.
