Dynamic Channel Routing of Sounds

The Channel attachment property attached to a sound can also be controlled by an RTPC and set at runtime for a sound linked to a game object. This is useful to route the same mono sound into a different channel for different game objects.

This feature is only available if the sound outputs directly to a bus with the Channel Router attached (or a child non-mixing bus of the bus with the Channel Router attached). If a sound outputs to a mixing bus (such as a 7.1 bus with positioning enabled), the attachment property will not be available on the sound because the positioning mixing will take precedence.

[Warning] Warning

The RTPC should be set on the Channel attachment property of a sound and not on the property of the bus to be set at runtime per game object.
