Encoding mode

The list of modes used to encode these files.

  • Normal: To encode using a constant step size value for each block.

  • Optimize each block: To encode using a step size that is relative to the variations in the sound blocks. This can improve quality but using this option increases encoding time significantly.

Loop fix

The list of methods for aligning loop markers that are not on sample boundaries.

  • Pitch Shifting : To accelerate or slow down the pitch to fit the sample boundary for the conversion of the file, based on the platform.

  • Interpolation/Elimination: To add or remove samples to fit the sample boundary for the conversion of the file, based on the platform.
