SetBusConfig failed: cannot set master bus config

This error originates from AK::SoundEngine::SetBusConfigand indicates that the audioNodeID parameter points to a Bus that is not a Master Bus (top-most level in the hierarchy).

Recommended resolution steps:

  • Only provide a Master Bus ID. Validate with the bus structure in your Wwise Project.

  • Check for a typo in the name/ID of the bus.
