The Sci-Fi Weapons collection features futuristic firepower. Each weapon can be rapidly scaled in sonic size using the Weapon Size control track.
The terms weapon and ammunition are used loosely in this imaginative collection, which is split into REAPER subprojects based on weapon type and subcategories based on ammunition type.
The weapon types are Assault Rifle, Buffs, Cannon, Impact, Pistol, Ricochet Passby, Sniper Rifle, Special, and Submachine Gun.
The ammunition types are Beam, Cloak, Electricity Beam, Energy Shield, Grenade, Laser, Laser Beam, Laser Projectile, Missile, Plasma, Plate Armor, Projectile, Rocket, Shield, and Torpedo.
When appropriate, the shot sounds are conveniently separated into Start, Loop, and Stop composite tracks, with regions in place for each layer of the shot. This provides flexibility for integration into game designs, where control over the runtime sound of weapons is desired.
There are also subprojects for impacts, ricochets, and pass bys of each type of ammunition.
To complete the collection, each weapon type and ammunition has multilayered foley conveniently split into start and end groups to allow flexible retiming to match animations of reloads, pickup, and drops.

The SciFi Weapons main project provides a convenient way to visualize, locate, and audition the sounds in the Sci-Fi Weapons collection. Additionally, it is a central point from which you can open the individual subprojects of the library. Each subproject contains sounds related to a unique weapon, organized by type and weapon name. The main project contains tracks for each subproject weapon, with media items that reference the various subprojects in nested tracks. You can audition any of the media items, which reference the rendered output from the corresponding subprojects.
In the main SciFi Weapons project, you can double-click any subproject media item to open the corresponding subproject, in which all of the tracks and layers available for the specific weapon are arranged.
Use the Region/Marker Manager to find and jump to the different subproject tracks. For more information, refer to Regions and Markers in the Strata User Guide.

Sci-Fi Weapons tracks, layers, and regions use the standard Strata colors and hierarchy. The main project and subproject track layout is similar to all projects across the Strata collections.
