The Sorcery Absorption collection is the first in a series of Sorcery collections from Rock The Speakerbox. It includes a subproject for each of the elements power is derived from: fire, ice, lightning, and water. Each subproject includes absorption, surge, and pulse spells, and each cast has start, seamless loop, and end parts.

The complete list of all subprojects, their associated data, and embedded metadata is available in the accompanying Sorcery Absorption SoundBook.

This guide provides information specific to this collection. For general information that applies to all Strata collections, refer to the Strata User Guide.

The Main Project

The Sorcery Absorption project provides a convenient way to visualize, locate, and audition the sounds in the Sorcery Absorption collection. Additionally, it is a central point from which you can open the individual subprojects of the collection. The main project contains tracks for each subproject of the collection, with media items that reference the subprojects in nested tracks. You can audition any of the media items that reference the rendered output from the corresponding subproject.

In the Sorcery Absorption project, you can double-click the subproject media item to open the corresponding subproject, in which all of the tracks and layers available for the specific object are arranged.

Use the Region/Marker Manager to find and jump to the different subproject tracks. For more information, refer to Regions and Markers in the Strata User Guide.
