Unable to download wwISE version

After I download Wwise Launcher, I click the "Wwise" TAB and select the version, but I cannot click the "Next" button to install the version.  It reminds me that the "Next" button is disabled and cannot be clicked. I installed it on Win7, but I can click the "Next" button and install it on Win10.
