Hi there,

I'm trying to do a tutorial on how to implement audio with WAG, Wwise & Unity but when I use the AK Launcher to open WAG, it just runs the game but I can' access the editor. Does anyone know how I open the game without actually running the game?

Thanks

Hello Jason,

Upon installing WAG, there's two options you can include.

  1. Wwise Adventure Game: Which is just the build of the game. This option lets you quickly play the game, even use Live Edit to swap out audio on the fly.
  2. Unity source project: This is the editable and open source game project. The required Unity version will be shown next to the installed WAG version in the Launcher's Wwise Adventure Game page.
Here's the guide from the Wwise Unity Integration course on installing WAG.
Hope this clears it up!
