What's the difference between Set Bus Volume and Set Voice Volume

I may be missing this in the help somewhere (2013.1 build 4634 - Beta) but what's the difference between using the Set/Reset Bus Volume actions in an event and the Set/Reset Voice Volume actions?

Bus Volume and Voice Volume are two distinct controls on a Bus: the Voice Volume will be applied on voices feeding into the bus, while Bus Volume is applied on the bus itself. This is an important distinction when using Aux Sends, or busses with effects.
