Why the converted file size is twice larger than other sound engine while using the same format and quality settings?

Hi I'm new here, recently I'm learning wwise by myself. Here's my first question:

I found that the converted audio file size is above twice larger than it in the fmod designer while using the same format and quality settings.

The original audio file is a 2-minutes piece of music. In the wwise conversion settings,I set the channels as stereo, sample rate as 44100,format as Vorbis, quality factor as 8(128kbps per channel). After converting, the converted size is 4.1MB.

In the fmod designer,I set the compression as Vorbis, compression quality as 40(128kbps).After building, the bank size is 1.8MB.

Then I used Soundforge to convert the original file to an 128kbps ogg file, the converted file size is 1.9MB.

I wonder why the results are so different, did I made some mistake setting the wwise conversion?

Thanks

The Wwise conversion settings are a little different in one aspect as you have noted above: 128 kbps PER CHANNEL.
