Wwise Launcher Error at when starting Launcher

Question

I get the following error when starting the Launcher:​

An error occurred. We are sorry about the inconveniences.
If you were in the middle of an installation, please restart the Wwise Launcher and try again.

There was a major issue with Wwise Launcher released on March 29th 2017. This specific build was withdrawn from the server.

• Please uninstall Wwise Launcher from Windows (this won't uninstall your Wwise installation)
• Re-download the Wwise Launcher from our web site: https://www.audiokinetic.com/download/
