Failure to load bank in PS4 using UE 4.15.1 integration, Wwise 2016.2.2.6022

while testing a development build in PS4 with "cookonthefly" I get a "IO device error" message and the sound bank is not loaded. This happens quite randomly. I've tried different sizes of banks and the smaller ones seem to work more often. I've also tried changing AK_UNREAL_MAX_CONCURRENT_IO to lower values with the same result: the lower the better.

I know the banks are ok. I tried loading them manually (as opposed to letting the plugin do it via the "auto load" option), and then they would be sometimes loaded.

If anyone had a clue or could offer some guidance to help solve this issue, please share it :)
