Remote connect hangup

Hello,

I am currently going through the Wwise-101 course and I am in the "Profiling the Game" section. However, when I press 'connect' to allow Wwise to connect to my device I get a hangup (i.e. just an hourglass loading sign) and no sign of a connection being established.
