How to override a specific, existing bus in target game?

0 votes

We are trying to work out sound modding for a game and have everything working. We also have a full, complete list of the busses, names and uuid of all their busses from their game that they use.

However, my knowledge with Wwise is limited, and I'm looking to make my music files play on the identical bus as the game, so that any music that plays cancel each other out rather than overlapping and playing double.

If anyone can give me some insight in how to achieve this, or know about some resources that I haven't been able to locate yet, I'd really appreciate the help.

Thank you

the best way to achieve this is to replace the banks that the game uses to function as you wish while still maintaining the same interface / relationship with the game.
