Calling Wwise Events in a DAW

0 votes

I was thinking about a way to trigger Wwise events in a DAW.
This could be useful for exemple if you wanna use some of the sounds that you have in your game, in a cinematic you're working on in your DAW.
I know I could use the Wwise Recorder plugin and then put the .wav file in my DAW, but this would be great if it could be done directly inside.

Why not a Vst/Aax plugin, that could load some events, and then trigger them with Midi notes.
And even better, being able to manipulate Game Parameters by drawing automations on the timeline.
It's just an idea, it might be a little bit crazy.
