Support is available during regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST). Submitted support requests are handled within 2 business days.
Supported customers, as well as those evaluating Wwise, can contact us through the Customer Portal.
Please note that support will not be provided during holidays. Questions sent to our Support Center will be answered on the first business day after the holiday.
