Support Center

The following services are available to customers who have purchased a support/maintenance contract:

  • Email to technical support team for design and development issues/questions
  • Access to latest fixes, features and new releases
  • Licensed Projects can have multiple user support accounts
  • Note that only one maintenance contract per developed game is required to be purchased

Support is available during regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST).  Submitted support requests are handled within 2 business days.  

Supported customers, as well as those evaluating Wwise, can contact us through the Customer Portal.
