The absence of a trademark from this list does not constitute a waiver of Audiokinetic’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name.

Trademark Guidelines

We are happy for you to use the Audiokinetic trademarks if such use constitutes a truthful and accurate reference to Audiokinetic products or services for the purpose of, explanation, information, or as an indicator of compatibility.

If you are a licensee of an Audiokinetic trademark or logo and have been provided with special trademark usage guidelines with your license agreement, please follow those guidelines. If your license agreement does not provide usage guidelines, then follow these guidelines.

When using the marks in publications that will be distributed only in the United States, include the appropriate ™, ℠, or ® symbol on first use. For publications that will be distributed outside the United States, do not include trademark symbols. Instead use the appropriate trademark attribution notice, for example: Wwise is a trademark of Audiokinetic Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Any use of the Audiokinetic trademarks or logos must be accompanied by a notice that clearly indicates that the Audiokinetic trademarks or logos are trademarks of Audiokinetic Inc.

Audiokinetic reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Audiokinetic trademarks and to take action against any use that does not conform to these guidelines, infringes any Audiokinetic intellectual property or other right, or violates applicable law. All Audiokinetic trademarks are provided “as is”, and Audiokinetic disclaims any implied or express warranties regarding same, including warranties of non-infringement.
