Register a game object.

Returns:
  • AK_Success if successful
  • AK_Fail if the specified AkGameObjectID is invalid (0 and -1 are invalid)
Remarks:
Registering a game object twice does nothing. Unregistering it once unregisters it no matter how many times it has been registered.

in_gameObjectID  ID of the game object to be registered
in_pszObjName  Name of the game object (for monitoring purpose)
in_uListenerMask  Bitmask representing the active listeners (LSB = Listener 0, set to 1 means active)
