Attenuation not working properly: need help! (UE4)

Hey guys,

My ambience is triggered by the Level Blueprint as shown in the image provided in the link below. The ambience plays when my character enters the trigger (and the positioning works fine as well), but somehow it seems to always play at the lowest volume possible from my Attenuation settings (no matter how I set this up, it can be -5 or -200). It always plays at the same volume, which seems to be the lowest volume possible. From that logic it would follow that the game thinks the Distance between the source of the sound and the listener is very large; however, it isn't, or I've done something wrong. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried drastically increasing your max distance?

UE4 units are in cm, so max distances from Wwise need to be really high. I tend to set them between 1000 and 30000 (yes 30k).
