Error 72159350 Plug-in unsupported channel configuration. How do I fix this?

I am looking to use the Auro 3D plug-in to create an ambisonic downmix to stereo for my game. However, despite changing the channel configuration in Wwise from Auro 13.1 to 2.0, I am still encountering this error in Unity. Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this issue?
