When I add a script to Unity with a public variable in which to add a Wwise event, Unity crashes when I then select the event to add into that variable.

This happens with multiple versions of Unity and Wwise. Any idea how to stop this happening?

It seems to crash it once but then when I reopen Unity, it adds the event OK.

Hey Dale,

Sorry to hear that it's crashing. Does it happen with Unity without Wwise if you just create a script with a public variable of another type? When trying multiple versions of Unity and Wwise, did you also try making a completely new project and reintegrate Wwise?

Nevertheless, to get more info on why it crashes, you will probably have to visit the Unity Editor's Log File, so I'd suggest taking a look at that first and then copy paste whatever is the problem inhere.

Hope this is helpful! :)
