PostAmbient function fails to create source after level load/ unload in UE5

We are using a postEvent in BluePrint to call a music system Play event. With no actor attached this uses the PostAmbient function in Wwise which uses a dummy component.

We are not using seamless travel and this works perfectly across level loads with sounds that are in memory. When using a streaming sound Wwise fails to create source for any streaming file after the level unload / load sequence.

Has anyone else encountered this and have a workaround?
