Pre/Post Generation Steps on Mac

I know there are some unavailable features for Wwise Editor on Mac, I was wondering if the Pre/Post Generation Steps when generating SoundBanks is one of those missing features. I'm trying to call a Python script and pass it the header file with no luck. I might be doing something wrong, but wanted to see if it's flat-out impossible before digging too deep.
