Can the range of the VU meters be changed?

Most of my hardware and software meters all go from -96ish dB to 6db.

Was wondering, essentially, if I could change the display of the Master Audio Bus meter (and other meters around the workstation) to mimic that? Additionally, other meters tend to display their scales skewed so that the quieter volumes are tighter together, while the 0 to -9ish range takes up more of the meter's space to offer greater resolution in that critical area. The Wwise meters are instead one tick per decibel, which is fine, but also not what I'm used to.
