No verions currently installed

I installed Wwise from the Wwise launcher with an offline installer in my administrator account but when I run Wwise from my standard user account it says there are no versions currently installed. If I try to locate a local copy of Wwise and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Audiokinetic\Wwise 2021.1.10.7883\Authoring\x64\Release\bin Wwise.exe nothing happens. How can I launch Wwise from my standard user account?

In particular, check the following sections, and install manually those before running Wwise:
Microsoft Visual Studio Redistributable
Microsoft DirectX
Microsoft .NET Framework
