Buzzing noise on XboxSeriesX

Hello everyone.
We have several reports about random issue where all audio is replaced with ringing-buzzing noise on XboxSeriesX. We are on 2021.1.4 and we are using XMA codec for our sounds - we can not reproduce it inhouse thus maybe someone here knows what might be the cause of this? A decoder failure, some kind of crash? Also this issue is reported only for Xbox - all other platforms are fine.

Was able to reproduce this and cath it with profiler - here's what I got:
