I developed a MIDI effect plugin called Scale Navigator MIDI VST -- it's basically autotune for MIDI that allows for automation between many different scale classes and scale class transpositions. Scales are connected in a scale network when they share a maximum number of common tones, encouraging smoothest possible modulation from scale to scale. Here's a demo with Ableton: https://youtu.be/lf0BpKuH3hc

I've recently begun to learn Wwise, and I think that my plugin could be invaluable to composers and designers looking for ways to sonically delineate different parts of a game using harmony.

Are MIDI effect plugins a thing I'm Wwise? Are there arpeggiators?
