I can't purchase the Wwise 101 Exam. Keep getting the same error after trying to finalize the payment

I keep seeing the same message after clicking to finalize the transaction which says "No Pre-auth corresponds to the store Id and order Id and transaction Id entered"

Anyone else ever encounter this?
