How to capture audio buffer, transmit to network, play back on remote client in Unity, using 2019 plugin version

Question

I've seen offline rendering functionality for 2021 onwards, but is it possible to capture the audio buffer (or even some mixed input at some level) as raw bytes, so that I can send it over to the network and stream it to a remote player? Is that possible differently?
