When I open the file manager and go to the "Source Files" tab, I see the list of "In use/Not used" files.

However, when I right click them, there is only the option to "open containing folder" - nothing else.

I'm trying to use it to delete unused files.

The Wwise version I'm using:

Wwise Integration 2021.1.6.7774.2308

Are you using a source control plug-in? Using the default No Source Control, I cannot reproduce this issue: all three Delete, Rename and Move operations are listed.
When set to No Source Control, it works!

I am however using git for source control, no plugins for wwise though. Hope it will be  okay!
There is indeed no provided git source control plug-in at the moment, but it's definitely something we're looking into.

The Issue is related to the source control plug-in in use: the plug-in is responsible for implementing file operations. If a plug-in does not implement an operation, it will not be offered in the File Manager.

Use the default "No Source Control" plug-in when dealing with files directly.
