Why I cannot edit RTPC

When I choose an Audio, In the Sound Property Editor Window, I only can choose General Stetting, Conversion and Effect Button. I try to click Initial Delay to open RTPC, but I still Just can Choose Y Axis, XAxis cannot open.

Can somebody help? Thank you so much!
