Does it cause network requests？

My project does not allow any networks.

When I open the game I made ，it raise a network  request  window .  Whether it was caused by wwise?

Development builds usually have the profiler communication module initialized, which is likely why you are seeing this request window. In a release build, this module is not activated and so there will not be any network operations performed by Wwise.
