AK_Fail trying to initialize MeterFX plug-in? [closed]

AK::SoundEngine::RegisterPlugin( AkPluginTypeEffect, AKCOMPANYID_AUDIOKINETIC, AKEFFECTID_METER, CreateMeterFX, CreateMeterFXParams );
result is AK_Fail(2)
Other plugins work fine. 
How to get error details from RegisterPlugin() ?
