[WAAPI] Can Game Sync Exclusion Lists be set with WAAPI?

Looks like every object needs to have at least one of the following inclusions: Events, Structures, Media...which doesnt really make sense when you want to exclude a switch, but more events and actor mixer structures.

Is this just not doable with WAAPI?
