PDF file version questions for current date Wise 101 test

I'd like to conduct Wise 101 test on August 17th.
I have a lecture to study for the 101 test and a guide document in the attached PDF file.
I checked that the 2022 version of the PDF file was uploaded recently.
If we proceed with the 101 test as of August 17,
What version of the attached PDF guide file should I study?
I am asking what I should study between the recently uploaded 2022 version and 2021
