No puedo crear un nuevo soundbank, no aparece el botón "new" ¿Es por la licencia?

Estoy siguiendo los pasos e la certificación, pero en la parte de la lección 1 cuando hay que crear un nuevo soundbank pero no puedo puesto que en la ventana de soundbank no me aparece el botón "new" ¿a que se debe esto? ¿es por la licencia? Gracias!!!
