The convolution plugin is "free of charge" (as in it does not itself incur any additional costs) with the GaaS and Platinum license model as each of these include all Audiokinetic Premium plugins within their price or overall license model.
Any other type of license will require an additional purchase to use the Wwise Convolution premium plugin, regardless of what IRs you use with it.
