Is it possible to get consistent fade outs from stop events, when applied to looping containers with Xfade?

If a random container in continuous loop is set to use Xfade transitions, and it´s stopped by an event containing a fade out, its sound will be cut abruptly if, before the fade ends, a transition point is reached within the sounds in the container.

If, however, with the same overall setup, the transition is set to sample accurate, the fade out will be performed correctly, even if there are transitions within.

Is this an expected behaviour?
