Server Access Unauthorized

Trying to log into my WWise within the application, but I keep receiving the error message: Server access unauthorized. How do I get in?

I'm also having this problem in the launcher, running MacOS 11.7.2 on a 2018 MBP. I can't update Wwise easily without logging in...

Trying to get started and experiencing the same problem. It's crazy that there hasn't been a Customer Service answer to this problem yet

Curious if anyone's managed to solve this one. I'm trying out Wwise for the first time and am immediately stuck at the installation process.

I'm in the same situation. I've tried changing my password, uninstalling and re-installing Wwise, I've tried move Wwise to different drives, Restarted my computer. To be honest Im running out of ideas.
I was signed on earlier at one point to install 2024.1.2 but when I tried to integrate a project of mine the launcher logged me out then I was prompted "Server access unauthorized" when I tried to sign back in.

Going to try submit a support ticket... [Nevermind... I can't enter a support ticket since I dont have a project registered...]

17 hours ago - I made a reply to the original post regarding network issues.

Since then I was successful in logging into the WWise section of the AudioKinetic Launcher.

Below are the steps that worked for me and my daily network configuration while working remotely.

Steps:
1. Disable any VPN.
2. Restart your computer. (Ensure your VPN connection does NOT start when your computer starts up.)
3. Launch WWise Launcher. (DO NOT log into launcher at the "Home" screen.)
4. Select WWise section in the Launcher.
5. Select Login at the top right of the Launcher window.
6. Select "Install" on your desired version of WWise.

NOTE:
- On the same day, a colleague of mine was only able to successfully login and download while they were ON their VPN connection. So this leads me to believe its a network issue with the launcher and its backend. Try with/without VPN and restart your computer.

Hope this helps others.
